All custom carts are final sale. We do not offer returns or credits on custom orders. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct size accessory for your cart, accessories and parts are not refundable.

Standard model carts may be returned within 30 days of receiving. The equipment must arrive back to us unused and in its original crating. A 25% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for associated shipping costs.

Before sending back an item, please contact willydog.sales@gmail.com with your reason for the return. Often, an issue with parts or equipment is due the user’s lack of understanding and can be resolved through troubleshooting or walking through how the item works.
