Every Carts of Canada hot dog cart comes with a one-year warranty covering parts and labor for any defects in materials or workmanship. Our Quality Guarantee means you can buy with confidence. Within the first year of business, if your cart ever experiences an issue due to workmanship or material defects, we’ll repair or replace it at our cost. Depending on your location and the type of repair needed, the warranty may be fulfilled in one of the following ways:

1. We can obtain up to three quotes from local vendors for the required parts or repairs and select the most suitable vendor for you.
2. You can bring the cart back to us for repairs at our facility.
3. We can send you the necessary parts, and you may have a local company complete the repair.

We understand that starting your own business takes courage, and we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way. Our service doesn’t end when you receive the cart, it continues for as long as you own it. Call us any time.

We’re confident you’ll love your new cart, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within ten days for a full refund—provided it’s in new condition and in the original factory packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. This return policy applies only to our base model carts, not custom carts.
