We are so confident that you will love our products that we offer a full ten (10) day return policy if item is returned in new condition in original factory pallet. Shipping is non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. This does not apply to custom orders.

All custom carts are final sale. We do not offer returns or credits on custom orders.

Any cart part(s) ordered through us may be returned within 30 days of receiving it. Any custom manufactured parts are non-refundable. The equipment must arrive back to us unused and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for associated shipping costs.

Before sending back an item, please contact willydog.sales@gmail.com with your reason for the return. Often, an issue with parts or equipment is due the user’s lack of understanding and can be resolved through troubleshooting or walking through how the item works.

All new Willy Dog Hot Dog carts come with one year parts and labour warranty. This warranty pertains to craftsmanship and parts manufactured by Willy Dog. Please take time to read the operator’s manual and fully understand your hot dog cart before you use it, and call us if you have any questions. Many cart issues are due to a lack of understanding of the equipment and the cart is not at fault. If you need to process a warranty claim, send an email to willydog.sales@gmail.com with photos or video and as much detail as possible. We will contact you as soon as possible to diagnose the issue and determine the best solution for you. Based on your claim, we will move forward in one of three ways:

  • Send you necessary parts/equipment
  • Have cart returned to us for repair
  • Have repair completed locally at our expense

Please do not move forward with any repairs covered under our warranty until you have received written confirmation from Willy Dog. Warranties are only valid for the original owner of a Willy Dog Cart. Used carts are not covered under warranty, however you may order parts and equipment from Willy Dog.

Components not manufactured by Willy Dog:

Any components of your cart not manufactured by Willy Dog are covered under the original manufacturer warranty. Examples of these parts include, but are not limited to, add on items such as grills, char broilers, electric fridges, etc. It is also essential to review these manuals and familiarize yourself with equipment not manufactured by us. Take note of any serial and model numbers associated with this equipment in case a warranty claim comes up.

Shipping damage: Willy Dog’s one year warranty does not cover damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your cart arrives with damage, immediately take photos of crate/cart and send your info to willydog.sales@gmail.com and we will file a complaint with the shipping company on your behalf.

First time cart owners and experienced operators alike can take advantage of our affordable extended warranty. For $500, opt for 2 year, extensive warranty coverage that covers any defects that arise during this period due to the manufacturing process. Call us at any time during this period and we will make sure you get what you need. This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or repairs not done by us.
